We attempted to use Discord as a way to manage our knowledge base, support tickets, team group chats, and video calls. However the learning curve for most clients was too steep and it only created barriers to communication.
Moving forward, video calls with be on Zoom, our knowledge base and support tickets will be hosted at arcfires.com, and you can text us directly instead of using an app.
