If you are hosting your website(s) with us, you now have more access and control over your site than ever before. Use cPanel to access your database and files, optimize your website, create backups, fix critical errors, scan for viruses, and check your disk usage, among a multitude of other features.
You can access cPanel at cpanel.arcfires.com, and depending on your DNS configuration, you may also be able to access it at cpanel.[yoursite.com]. As needed, you can reset your password using your username. Contact us if you need any help identifying your username.
Note: You do not need to share your cPanel login with each team member. You can create logins in cPanel for each team member who needs to have access to the server, up to 7 members.
